Keerthy Suresh plays Bhavani, the ruler of this underworld, while Radhika Apte plays Rudra, a rebel who wants to take her place. Their rivalry threatens to break the sisterhood that holds the empire together.
Written and directed by Dharmaraj Shetty, the series also stars Tanvi Azmi, Mahesh Manjrekar, Anshuman Pushkar and Monica Panwar. It streams in Hindi, Tamil and Telugu.
Sigma (Netflix)
Sigma marks the directorial debut of Jason Sanjay, son of actor and politician Vijay. The Tamil action drama stars Sundeep Kishan and Faria Abdullah, with Raju Sundaram, Sampath Raj and Shiv Panditt in supporting roles. Music is by Thaman and the film is produced by Lyca Productions.
Sigma released in theatres on October 2 but received mixed reviews and an average response at the box office. It now arrives on Netflix just four weeks later, giving it a second chance with a wider audience.
Meethe Mein Kya Hai (Netflix)
For Hindi audiences, Meethe Mein Kya Hai is a light family drama set around Diwali. The story follows a family gathering at Nani’s house that turns chaotic when a surprise marriage announcement brings old tensions and secrets to the surface.
