    The Wimbledon 2025 men’s singles final took place on Sunday, July 13, between Italy’s Jannik Sinner and Spain’s Carlos Alcaraz. Making his first appearance in a Wimbledon final, Sinner created history by defeating the defending champion Alcaraz, who had won the title for the past two years.

    Jannik Sinner, the Wimbledon 2025 men’s singles champion, received £3,000,000 as prize money. In Indian currency, this amounts to over ₹34 crore.

    What is the Prize Money for the Runner-Up?

    Carlos Alcaraz, who finished as the runner-up in the final, was awarded £1,520,000, which is approximately ₹17 crore in Indian currency.

    What About the Semi-Finalists?

    Players who reached the semi-final stage received £775,000 each, roughly ₹9 crore. In the semi-finals, Jannik Sinner had defeated Novak Djokovic, while Carlos Alcaraz got past Taylor Fritz.

    The prize money is the same for both men’s and women’s singles categories. In the women’s singles, Poland’s Iga Swiatek emerged as the Wimbledon 2025 champion after defeating American player Amanda in Saturday’s final.
