In such a situation, instead of these foods, one should rely on home-cooked food.

    Myth: Weight loss occurs only by eating less

    Fact: The first step towards losing weight is to reduce calories. Reduction in calories means that you keep burning more calories than you are consuming. For this, you can walk more. This is fine for the short term but doing this for a long time is like playing with health. To lose weight, food should not be reduced but balanced, along with this, focus should also be on exercise.
