    Valley of Flowers, Uttarakhand

    Located in the Chamoli district of Uttarakhand, the best months to visit the Valley of Flowers are from July to September. During this period, you can see a wide variety of flowers. This valley is a UNESCO World Heritage site. It opens for tourists on June 1st and remains accessible until October 30th. You can witness over 500 species of flowers here.

    Sinhagad Trek, Pune

    Pune, Maharashtra, offers many wonderful places to visit year-round. The monsoon season makes Pune’s scenery even more romantic. Enthusiasts can trek to the Sinhagad Fort. The approximately 3-kilometer trek takes about an hour to complete, and the path to the fort is scenic.

    Hampta Pass, Himachal Pradesh

    Hampta Pass in Himachal Pradesh is another excellent monsoon destination. Located at an altitude of 14,100 feet above sea level, this spot is beautiful during the rainy season. Trekking here allows you to witness mountains, rivers, and waterfalls. Starting from Kullu, the trek takes about 5 to 6 days to complete and is not an easy one.

    While people might think it is difficult to find places to visit and engage in adventure activities like water sports, trekking, and bungee jumping during the monsoon, there are trekking spots that make the experience even more enjoyable in this season.
