During the summer season, people mostly get sick due to food and drink. Therefore, you need to be very mindful of what you eat. Eating anything haphazardly can not only cause digestive issues but also lead to serious problems like food poisoning.     Fried and Spicy Food: Remove fried and spicy food from your diet as soon as summer arrives. Consuming oily and spicy food in this season can cause digestive issues, leading to stomach irritation, gas, and acidity. Such foods can also slow down metabolism.

    Stale Food: Unlike in winter, food doesn’t spoil as quickly. However, during summer, eating stale food can invite illnesses. Avoid consuming leftovers, as they can cause digestive problems and potentially lead to food poisoning.

    Outside Food: Consuming outside food increases the risk of illness, as it can harbor various bacteria due to the heat. Avoid street food, juices, cut fruits, and fruit chaat to prevent foodborne illnesses.
