International Yoga Day 2024: 21st June is celebrated as International Yoga Day all over the world, in fact yoga is a process that helps a lot in making our body calm and healthy. Prime Minister Modi to visit Srinagar on Yoga Day
According to sources, PM may reach the valley to attend the program on the occasion of International Yoga Day to be celebrated on June 21. Prime Minister Narendra Modi may come to Srinagar, the summer capital of Jammu and Kashmir, on Yoga Day. PM Modi may attend the program to be organized on Yoga Day at the Sher-e-Kashmir International Convention Center (SKICC) located on the banks of Dal Lake. From here he will lead the programs being held across the country.
This will be his first visit to the Kashmir Valley after taking oath as Prime Minister for the third time. Sources have said that the Lieutenant Governor’s administration has started preparations for his arrival. A target has been set to gather three thousand players on this occasion. Apart from this, extensive security arrangements are also being made.
The number of terrorist attacks has increased in Jammu and Kashmir in the last one week. A bus full of pilgrims was attacked near Vaishno Devi, after which three more attacks took place. After these terrorist attacks, PM Narendra Modi also held a high-level meeting to review the situation. Meanwhile, there is news that on June 21, i.e. on the occasion of Yoga Day, he will participate in the event on the banks of Dal Lake in Srinagar. This will be Narendra Modi’s first visit to Kashmir after the start of his third term as PM. There is no official information about PM Modi’s visit so far.

Sources say that preparations for the event on the banks of Dal Lake have started. Officials are busy with security arrangements and arrangements for the event. PM Modi will be the chief guest of the event at the International Convention Center built near Dal Lake. An official said, ‘PM Narendra Modi will reach Srinagar on the evening of June 20. After this, he will attend the Yoga Day program on the morning of 21st. We hope that hundreds of people will participate in it. Due to the presence of PM Modi, this is a high profile event, the preparations for which have started.’
