Samsung Galaxy A12 and Galaxy A02s have been recently launched in Europe. The two budget phones by Samsung comes with 6.5 inch display feature and 5000mah battery. Galaxy A12 comes after the Samsung Galaxy A11, which was well recommended in the market. Both the phones will go on sale in early 2021.
Though official release date has not been announced but both phones are expected to launch early next year. Let us look at specifications, price and availability of these amazing Samsung smartphones.
Samsung Galaxy A12 Specifications
Galaxy A12 features a 6.5-inch screen display with an HD+ resolution of 720 x 1500 pixels. The smartphone’s Infinity-V display features a small waterdrop notch for the 8MP front camera. Galaxy A12 comes with good 5,000 mAh battery with support for 15W fast charging. At the back, Samsung Galaxy A12 sports a quad-camera setup with a 48MP f/2.0 primary lens, a 5MP f/2.2 ultra-wide, a 2MP f/2.4 macro lens, and a 2MP f/2.4 depth sensor.
Under the hood, Samsung Galaxy A12 features an octa-core processor consist of 2.3GHz. This Samsung smartphone comes in three variants: 3GB RAM/32GB internal memory, 4GB RAM/64GB , 6GB RAM/128GB internal memory.
Major connectivity options include Wifi, Bluetooth 5.0, GPS, USB Type-C port, 3.5mm headphone jack, etc. It also comes with a side-mounted fingerprint scanner.
Samsung Galaxy A12 Price and Availability
As the smartphone is only launched in Europe, prices in India has not been disclosed by the company. Three variants are launched by the company.
- 4GB RAM/64GB internal memory is priced at 179 EUR (Rs 15,750)
- 6GB RAM/128GB space is priced at 199EUR (Rs 17,500)
Samsung Galaxy A12 comes in Black, Blue, White and Red Colors and phone is expected to be available from January 2021.

Samsung Galaxy A02s Specifications
Galaxy A02s also comes up with 6.5-inch HD+ display, according to GSMArena, along with Snapdragon 450 SoC. It comes with 3GB RAM and 32GB of internal memory that is expandable with the help of microSD card (up to 1TB).
For pictures and videos, the Galaxy A02s comes with a triple rear camera setup that includes a 13-megapixel primary sensor and the same 2-megapixel sensors as the Galaxy A12. The phone is also backed by a 5,000mAh battery that supports 15W fast charging and comes with a Micro-USB port for charging. Specifications are almost similar of these upcoming smartphones.
Samsung Galaxy A02s Price & Availability
According to report Samsung Galaxy A02s comes in single variant ie 3GB/32GB and is priced at EUR 150(Rs 13200).
Black and White are the available options in this smartphone.
