The specialty of this salt is that it is 84 times better than white and black salt. Many minerals like calcium, potassium, magnesium, iron, zinc, copper, selenium are present in this salt. Which can help in improving heartburn, GERD, swelling, digestive problems and constipation.

    Sea salt is made from sea water. Due to the minerals magnesium, potassium and calcium present in it, it is more expensive than rock salt. The calcium present in this salt protects the teeth and bones from getting weak. It is an effective way to remove dead skin cells. However, sea salt should be consumed in limited quantities, otherwise it can cause high blood pressure.

Its regular consumption provides relief from digestive problems like gas, constipation and indigestion. Apart from this, black salt helps in weight loss, controlling BP, relieving heartburn and relieving muscle cramps.
