A plethora of 5G devices are coming to the Indian market even though India’s telecom industry is yet to roll out the 5G internet services in India. Realme’s latest mid-range smartphone, Realme Narzo 50 5G, is one of those devices that includes the 5G support. The price for the base variant of the smartphone is set at ₹15,999, which keeps on climbing with the other two variants with more storage and RAM capacity.
Realme Narzo 50 5G was launched in India on May 24, 2022. The phone has already been introduced to the world even before its launch in India through a prior release date in China. Realme is all set to target the mid-range buyer market with this latest addition to its catalogue.

Here are the specifications of Realme Narzo 50 5G:
1- Operating System:
The smartphone operates on Realme UI 3.0 based on Google’s Android 12. It is powered by an Octa-Core MediaTek MT6833P Dimensity 810 chipset that enables the device to clock up to 2.4GHz.
Realme Narzo 50 5G flaunts a 6.6 inches IPS LCD display with a resolution of 1080 x 2408 pixels. It also has an impressive refresh rate of 90Hz and about 85% screen to body ratio. The aspect ratio for the phone is set at 20:9, and the display density at 400ppi.
Realme Narzo 50 5G comes equipped with a dual rear camera. There is a 48MP primary camera with a 2MP lens for depth in the photos and videos. The camera harbours features like HDR, panorama and Dual-LED flash. The company claims it can record videos in 1080p at 30fps. It has an 8MP camera on its front, which can also record the videos in 1080p at 30 frames per second.

4- Memory and RAM
The phone comes in three variants- 64GB internal storage paired with 4GB RAM, 128GB internal storage offered alongside 4GB RAM, and 128GB internal memory with 6GB of RAM. The phone’s memory capacity can further be increased with the help of a memory card.
The smartphone has a non-removable 5,000mAh Li-polymer battery. It supports dart charging of 33 Watt. Realme claims that the phone can be charged to half of its capacity in just 31 minutes with the dart charge.
Like other mid-range smartphones, Realme Narzo 50 5G also supports two nano-sim with VoLTE. Bluetooth v5.3 and WiFi with dual bands are also supported.
The base variant is priced at ₹15,999 with 4GB RAM and 64GB internal storage. The variant with 128GB internal storage and 4GB RAM is priced at ₹16,999, and lastly, the variant with 6GB RAM and 128GB internal memory costs ₹17,999.
