Aditya Dhar–directed and Ranveer Singh–starrer “Dhurandhar” has not had a single day since its release without achieving a major milestone. The film has now crossed the ₹900 crore mark worldwide, becoming the first Indian film of 2025 to achieve this remarkable feat. Even in its third week, Dhurandhar continues to create history with powerful box office numbers. Given the film’s strong word of mouth, it now seems inevitable that it will cross ₹1,000 crore globally.
Worldwide Box Office Collection of Dhurandhar
Globally, Dhurandhar is performing exceptionally well in North America and the Middle East, earning USD 22 million from overseas markets. With this, the film’s worldwide collection stands at ₹905 crore within just 19 days. By Wednesday, the film is set to surpass Secret Superstar, Animal, and Bajrangi Bhaijaan, entering the top 10 highest-grossing Indian films of all time worldwide.

India Box Office Collection in 19 Days
After witnessing its first major drop on the third Monday, Dhurandhar bounced back strongly on the third Tuesday, regaining momentum at the box office. According to Sacnilk, the film earned ₹17.25 crore net in India on Day 19, taking its total domestic net collection to ₹589.50 crore, while the gross India collection stands at ₹707.25 crore.
Record-Breaking Third Week Performance
Dhurandhar has now created a new record by becoming the highest-grossing Indian film in its third week. With two more days still remaining in the week, the film is expected to add several more crores to its tally.
For comparison, Pushpa 2: The Rule earned ₹129 crore and Baahubali 2 collected ₹127 crore in their respective third weeks. Despite releasing only in Hindi, Dhurandhar has crossed ₹129 crore within just five days of its third week, setting an all-time record. With the Christmas holidays ahead, the film is expected to reach ₹170 crore in India during its third week.
About the Film
In Dhurandhar, Ranveer Singh plays Hamza, an Indian spy who infiltrates terrorist networks operating in Karachi. Directed by Aditya Dhar, the espionage thriller also stars Akshaye Khanna, Arjun Rampal, Sanjay Dutt, and R. Madhavan in pivotal roles. The sequel is scheduled for release in March 2026.
