What began as a modest show with a small budget and relatively lesser-known actors has now become one of the most loved Indian web series. By the time Panchayat 3 released, the show’s actors had started receiving significantly higher fees due to its popularity. The third season received positive reviews from both audiences and critics, making it one of the highest-rated rural dramas on Amazon Prime Video.

Panchayat Cast Fees
According to media reports, Jitendra Kumar—popularly known as “Jeetu Bhaiya”—charged the highest fee for the series. He plays the role of the Gram Panchayat Secretary in the fictional village of Phulera. His per-episode fee is reportedly ₹70,000. With 8 episodes in Season 3, his total estimated earnings amount to ₹5,60,000.
Neena Gupta, who plays Manju Devi (the village Pradhan), is said to have earned ₹50,000 per episode, bringing her total for the season to around ₹4,00,000.
Raghubir Yadav, who portrays Pradhan Ji (Manju Devi’s husband), reportedly received ₹40,000 per episode, making his total earnings approximately ₹3,20,000 for Season 3.
Chandan Roy, who plays Vikas Ji, allegedly charged around ₹20,000 per episode. However, his fee is not officially confirmed.
