50% Discount for Armed Forces Personnel
Serving and retired Defence and paramilitary personnel can enjoy a generous discount of up to 50% on the base fare for bookings made under the Defence category. This offer cannot be combined with any other promotional scheme or discount offer provided by IndiGo. If there are additional promotional schemes available, the discount of up to 50% will be adjusted accordingly, ensuring that the overall discount does not exceed 50%.
6% Discount for Students and Senior Citizens
Students above 12 years of age can get 6% off on base fare and an extra baggage allowance of 10kg (for bookings made seven days in advance). However, a valid student ID is mandatory at the time of check-in for verification. If you fail to produce the ID, then you will have to pay the prevailing fare amount. In addition to this, senior citizens above the age of 60 can easily avail 6% discount on base fares on the production of a valid ID.
