    Nitesh Tiwari’s dream project, Ramayana is being shot with Ranbir Kapoor and Sai Pallavi in the lead. Recently, a few photos from the set of Ramayana went viral and since then the speculations about the film’s budget and release date have went viral.

    KGF star, Yash has revealed to be one of the producers of the film. He might also play the character of the antagonist, Ravana in the film. Ramayana is an epic film that will take a long time to be made. Film director, Nitesh Tiwari wants to create the perfect adaptation of the Indian epic. He has also signed Sunny Deol to play the role of Hanuman in the film.

    With Yash, Ranbir Kapoor, Sai Pallavi and Sunny Deol in the lead, Ramayana is expected to be a mega blockbuster if the film receives positive reception.

    Ramayana is expected to be released in October 2027, around the Diwali festival. The festival of lights is associated with the Lord Rama and therefore it could be the perfect moment to release the film.

    Early reports suggest that Ramayana is going to be made on a budget of around Rs 835 Crores. This will make it the most expensive film, surpassing the budget of Kalki 2898 AD, which is made on a budget of Rs 600 Crore.
