Dupahiya Review – A Hilarious and Heartwarming Village Comedy

Dupahiya is a delightful comedy-drama set in Dhadakpur, a crime-free village in Bihar. The story revolves around a stolen motorbike, gifted as dowry, and the chaotic journey to recover it before a grand wedding. With a mix of humour, emotions, and small-town aspirations, the series keeps the audience engaged till the very end.

A Unique Plot Full of Twists
The Jha family is excited about their daughter Roshni’s (Shivani Raghuvanshi) wedding, but there is one major condition – the groom (Avinash Dwivedi) demands a unique bike as part of the dowry. After much struggle, the family manages to get the bike, only for it to be stolen overnight! With just a few days left for the wedding, the chaos begins.

Bhugol (Sparsh Srivastava), Roshni’s brother, is largely responsible for the bike going missing, and his friend Teepu (Samarth Mahor) stands by his side. As they suspect Nirmal (Komal Kushwaha) of the theft, old love sparks between Roshni and Banwari. Meanwhile, the village inspector Mithlesh (Yashpal Sharma) is drawn into the mystery, uncovering shocking truths. With a web of lies, unexpected friendships, and wedding pressures, Dupahiya keeps the audience guessing and laughing.
