    If you are also going to travel by train in the coming time and are worried about confirmed tickets? So be happy. Because Indian Railways is going to run more than 200 special trains in view of Ganesh Chaturthi 2024. In view of the festive season and to control the crowd of passengers, Central Railway has announced this.

    When will it start?

    Central Railway issued a statement and said that keeping in mind the upcoming Ganpati festival (Ganesh Chaturthi 2024), it has decided to run more than 200 special trains for the devotees.

    Central Railway CPRO Swapnil Dhanraj Neela told about this that the operation of these special trains will start from September 1, whose booking can be done from 21st July.

    The CPRO of Central Railway also told from where to where these new trains will run. New trains have also been started from Chhatrapati Shivaji Terminus to Sawantwadi. Which will start running at 12:30 in the morning and will reach Sawantwadi by 12 noon the next day.

    Apart from this, trains are also being started between CST and Ratnagiri. The train leaving from CST at 11:30 am will reach Ratnagiri at 8 pm. Apart from this, in the return trip, the train will leave Ratnagiri at 4:30 am, which will reach CST by 11:30 am.

    • CSMT- Ratnagiri-CSMT Daily Special – 36 services
    • LTT-Kudal-LTT Tri-weekly Special – 16 services
    • CSMT- Sawantwadi Road-CSMT Daily Special – 36 services
    • LTT-Kudal-LTT Daily Special – 36 services
    • Diva-Chiplun-Diva MEMU Daily Unreserved Special -36 services
    • LTT- Sawantwadi Road-LTT Daily Special – 36 services
    • LTT-Kudal-LTT AC Weekly Special -6 services
