Meanwhile, Bosch’s daughter, Maddie, begins her career as a patrol officer in the LAPD, stationed at Hollywood Station, the very same place where her father once worked. Bosch takes on the task of probing businessman Carl Rogers, who had previously engaged a hitman in an attempt to eliminate Chandler. Additionally, billionaire tycoon Whitney Vance seeks Bosch’s discreet investigative skills to look into a private issue.
