Jio has hiked their price by 12-25%, while Airtel hike also ranges between 11-21%. For example, Jio’s most popular recharge of INR 239 monthly plan, in which users were getting 1.5GB daily data will now be available at INR 299 with a hike of nearly 25%. The price of annual data packs for both Airtel and Jio companies can vary up to INR 600.
If you are a Jio or Airtel subscriber, you can still schedule your recharges in advance. All you need to do is recharge for the desired pack before July 3 and your recharges will get activated sequentially. Please note that this option is available only for Jio and Airtel customers. Vodafone Idea users cannot schedule their recharges and if they did so, then all their plans will start at the same time.
