Ranveer Singh’s film ‘Dhurandhar’ is performing so strongly at the Indian box office that it has taken everyone by surprise. What makes it even more remarkable is that the film is showing no signs of slowing down. Even in its third weekend, Dhurandhar has created history by delivering record-breaking collections. Let’s take a closer look at how much the film earned during its third weekend.
How much did ‘Dhurandhar’ earn on Day 17?
Earlier this year, Vicky Kaushal’s Chhaava created a storm at the box office. Many big-star films released after that came and went, but none managed to match Chhaava’s performance. Finally, in the last month of the year, that wait ended with Aditya Dhar’s Dhurandhar, which has set the box office on fire.
From the very first day of its release, Dhurandhar has behaved like a tsunami at the ticket windows, generating massive revenue. Interestingly, while most films start losing momentum by the third weekend, Dhurandhar has done exactly the opposite. The film delivered a huge collection on the third Saturday and went even bigger on the third Sunday, outperforming its Saturday numbers.

‘Dhurandhar’ becomes the highest third-weekend grosser
Dhurandhar has achieved something no other film has managed so far. Its third-weekend collection has surpassed even Pushpa 2, making it the highest-grossing film of all time in the third weekend.

Just inches away from the ₹600 crore club
With more than ₹95 crore collected in its third weekend alone, Dhurandhar has already made history. The film is now racing towards the ₹600 crore milestone and needs just ₹45 crore more to reach it. Given its current pace, it is expected to cross this landmark within the next one or two days.
Once it does, Dhurandhar will become the second ₹600 crore film of the year after Chhaava and will also surpass Vicky Kaushal’s blockbuster at the box office.
The unstoppable run of Dhurandhar clearly proves that the film has struck a powerful chord with audiences across the country.
