The death toll in the Ahmedabad plane crash has reached 275. An order for 170 coffins has been placed to accommodate the bodies. A man from Vadodara reported that an Air India manager contacted him by phone to place the order for the coffins.

Gujarat’s Minister of State for Home, Harsh Sanghavi, said on Saturday that by 9 PM, the identities of 19 victims had been confirmed through DNA testing. Dr. Rajnish Patel, Deputy Civil Superintendent at Ahmedabad Civil Hospital, stated that a total of 11 bodies have been handed over to their families—3 on the current day and 8 on 13th June.

Meanwhile, Civil Aviation Minister K. Ram Mohan Naidu announced in a press conference that a high-level investigation committee has been formed under the leadership of the Home Secretary. The committee is expected to submit its report within three months.
