The specialty of this salt is that it is 84 times better than white and black salt. Many minerals like calcium, potassium, magnesium, iron, zinc, copper, selenium are present in this salt. Which can help in improving heartburn, GERD, swelling, digestive problems and constipation.

    Sea salt is made from sea water. Due to the minerals magnesium, potassium and calcium present in it, it is more expensive than rock salt. The calcium present in this salt protects the teeth and bones from getting weak. It is an effective way to remove dead skin cells.
