    1. Avoid Eating Sour Fruits

    After eating peanuts, it is also advisable not to eat sour fruits like lemon, orange, kiwi, sour grapes etc. This combination can also be very harmful for health. Especially people who have allergy problems should not eat sour fruits after eating peanuts even by mistake. Otherwise, it can cause sore throat, irritation and cough.

    2. Do Not Consume Soy Products

    After eating peanuts, you should avoid eating soybean or soy-based products. Actually, eating them can cause allergy problems. Especially those who are allergy sensitive or already have any kind of allergy, they should consume any soy-based product only after about one or two hours of eating peanuts.

    3. Avoid Eating Chocolate

    After eating peanuts, one should also avoid eating chocolate. Although there are some chocolates that contain peanuts as nuts, but for people with peanut allergy, these chocolates can be harmful. Apart from this, chocolate or chocolate based products should be eaten only after about an hour after eating roasted peanuts or peanuts.

    5. Avoid Eating Ice Cream

    As mentioned earlier, peanuts contain a lot of oil and also its effect is hot, whereas ice cream is cold. In such a situation, one should avoid eating ice cream immediately after eating peanuts or peanut chikki. Consuming ice cream after consuming it can cause sore throat, irritation and phlegm in the throat.
