IPL 2024 Schedule: The Indian Premiere League 2024 is all set to start on 22 March 2024. This year the tournament is set to begin a few days early because of the Lok Sabha Elections that are set to happen in India. BCCI has clarified that IPL 2024 will entirely be played in India and the dates of the matches in the tournament will be adjusted according to the schedule of elections. IPL 2024 Schedule: Timings, Stadiums

IPL 2024 is set to kick off from March 22nd and conclude on May 26th. This year, it’s scheduled to start earlier due to the Lok Sabha Elections. Despite the earlier start, the BCCI confirmed that IPL 2024 will remain in India and won’t be moved to another state. Matches will commence at either 3:30 PM or 7:30 PM, with day matches starting earlier and night matches at 7:30 PM. Weekends will see doubleheaders with two matches played on both Saturdays and Sundays.

IPL 2024 Stadiums

Punjab Kings could add the newly built Mullanpur Stadium in its home venues during the IPL 2024. Other than that, all the stadiums which were used in IPL 2023 will serve as the venues for the matches.

In IPL 2024, Mumbai Indians will see a change in leadership as Hardik Pandya takes over the captaincy, following Rohit Sharma’s recent removal by the MI management.
