Game Changer Box Office Collection Day 2- Ram Charan Starrer Sees Massive Dip

Ram Charan and Kiara Advani’s political action film Game Changer, directed by Shankar, initially created a buzz with its high-budget production and impactful trailer. Following the success of Pushpa 2: The Rule, the movie garnered a lot of anticipation. However, the film has failed to meet expectations, with many fans expressing disappointment, which is reflected in its box office performance.

According to Sacnilk, the movie saw a significant drop in its collections, with a 57.84% decline on Saturday. On Day 1 (Friday), Game Changer earned Rs 51 crore across all languages, but on Day 2, it brought in only Rs 21.5 crore, bringing the total India gross to Rs 72.5 crore.

Breaking down the collections, the Telugu version grossed Rs 53.95 crore, while the Hindi version earned Rs 14.5 crore. The Tamil version made Rs 3.82 crore, while the Malayalam version earned a mere Rs 0.03 crore, and the Kannada version collected Rs 0.02 crore.

The Telugu version had an occupancy of 31.19% on Saturday, while the Hindi version saw 21.82% occupancy. Among the regions, Mahbubnagar led the Telugu version with the highest occupancy at 54.25%, followed by Warangal with 46.50%. In the Hindi version, Jaipur reported the highest occupancy of 54.50%, while Chennai had 40.75%. Mumbai saw a 26% occupancy, with Delhi NCR at 21.75%.

There have also been allegations that the movie’s team inflated its opening box office numbers, as the makers initially claimed the film had earned Rs 186 crore worldwide on Day 1. Directed by S Shankar and produced by Dil Raju, Game Changer features an ensemble cast including Nassar, SJ Suriyah, Brahmanandam, Vennela Kishore, and Murali Sharma.
