    Airtel Launches Rs 279 Pack with Access to Netflix, JioCinema, and ZEE5

    Airtel has solved a major problem for OTT viewers — the hassle of multiple subscriptions. The telecom giant has launched an all-in-one OTT entertainment pack for its prepaid mobile users. Simply put, users no longer need to recharge separately for each streaming platform.

    Starting at just ₹279, Airtel is offering access to Netflix, JioCinema, ZEE5, and Airtel Xstream Play Premium — covering over 25 OTT platforms. This recharge plan is now available on the Airtel Thanks app. NBT Tech has spotted this new offering. Additionally, Airtel has introduced two more plans priced at ₹598 and ₹1,729, which we’ll explain in detail below.

    Airtel ₹279 Recharge

    Airtel has introduced two recharge options under the ₹279 plan:

    1. OTT Direct Subscription via Xstream Play App:
      This plan includes a basic Netflix subscription along with access to ZEE5, JioCinema, and Airtel Xstream Play Premium. The validity is one month.
    2. Content-Only Plan via Airtel Thanks App:
      This ₹279 plan also includes 1GB of data along with subscriptions to Netflix Basic, ZEE5, JioCinema, and Airtel Xstream Play Premium.
      Airtel claims the Netflix subscription works across all devices. Users can enjoy live sports, movies, and Hotstar Specials on JioCinema, and original content on ZEE5.

    Note: These ₹279 plans do not include unlimited calls or SMS. You get only 1GB of data. So, users who also need calling and messaging services will have to recharge with an additional pack.

    Airtel ₹598 and ₹1,729 Bundle Packs

    • ₹598 Plan:
      Offers subscriptions to Netflix Basic, ZEE5, JioCinema, and Airtel Xstream Play Premium for 28 days. It also includes unlimited calls and truly unlimited data. No data cap has been mentioned, which likely means full-speed 5G usage is allowed — provided your phone and area support 5G.
    • ₹1,729 Plan:
      Offers the same OTT benefits and unlimited services but with 84 days validity.

    These packs are ideal for users who want to enjoy uninterrupted OTT entertainment this summer without juggling multiple subscriptions.
