Delhi University first cut-off list is out now and the bar is as high as 100 percent this time. Yes! You heard that right, top colleges in DU are offering their seats to the academic elites only, this time.

It’s not a rare occurrence at DU, but the bar has certainly raised by every college affiliated with DU this time, and that’s why it’s coming in limelight. Out of more than 3,54,003 students who are applying for DU this year, only 70,000 have to be admitted inside.

Cut Off

The cut-offs are on the higher side because the percentage of students scoring 95+ percent is higher this time and well! DU received 1.5 Lakh more applications than the previous year as well. So, they have to sort out the students quite neatly.

If the seats in these colleges go vacant then the bar will be lower and you’d be granted new admissions.

Apart from that, it’s not that necessary to get admission to a top-tier college only for being successful as you’d already have known from the life of other successful people. So, celebrate if you’re in and don’t let sorrow take you over if you don’t, there will be plenty of opportunities for you to succeed.
