The families would also get 10 Lakh INR from Reliance in order to ease the burden on the grieving families.

Of course! It will not fulfil their loss in any way but this is the most one can do in the real world in terms of easing out if we’re talking about employee-employer relations.

This relief package has been announced by Nita Ambani, chairperson, Reliance Foundation on June 2. She is known for her entrepreneurial mind and kind nature, which is why we often found her indulged in charitable activities.

We hope that this step from Reliance Industries would be the catalyst to many more upcoming announcements from companies of the same different stature. After all, if we do not take care of our own people, who will? Let’s hope for the best and we’ll keep on updating you on the same.
