Jio offers validity extension on all prepaid plans

Date:

Amid the lockdown in the country continued to May 3, the telecom companies are doing their best to aid their customers.  Reliance Jio offers validity extension on all prepaid plans for Jio users till lockdown time.

Amongst many of us are those who get our recharge done through an online portal, but there are many of those too who get help from the physical store.

These individuals are stuck and find it difficult to stay connected to the outer world. That is why Jio has come up with this recent offer.

In the offer, every Jio user who is unable to recharge their mobile numbers is confirmed to get all incoming calls till the next recharge. And till any further update is announced by the company, Jio users can exercise this benefit.

Currently, all service providers such as Airtel, BSNL, and Vodafone-Idea have introduced a validity extension plan.

That being stated, Airtel and Vodafone are offering this service to low-income customers only. But Jio and BSNL are offering this service to all their users which is the right thing right now.

Telecom companies are giving their best by working from home and delivering the best. Airtel is giving this offer on the curb of average revenue per user (ARPU).

Under this category, around 30 million users are getting the offer to them. Vodafone, coinciding with this, is offering the same validity extension offer to those who have feature smartphones.

Recently, Jio announced its JioPOS Lite App which aims to reach out to people for recharge.

In exchange, the subscriber who enrolled in the service earns commission up to 4.16% on every recharge he/she does. Users must own a Jio number to register themselves on the service.

With this, three new jio offers are also introduced for their users.
