As per the records by Worldometer, India currently has 3,09,405 cases. Moreover, Maharashtra’s countdown of cases today crossed the one lakh-mark with the inclusion of 3,493 new patients. Thus, the totality adds up to 1,01,141. With 127 new fatalities, the state’s death toll has reached a total of 3,717.

   

Officials’ Statement

Today, Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal had a meeting with Union Home Minister Amit Shah on Wednesday evening to talk about the coronavirus pandemic in Delhi. “Met Sh Amit Shah, Hon’ble HM. On June 17, the Prime Minister will have a conversation with CMs of remaining 15 states and UTs namely Maharashtra, Tamil Nadu, Delhi, Gujarat, Rajasthan, Uttar Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh, West Bengal, Karnataka, Bihar, Andhra Pradesh, Haryana, Jammu And Kashmir, Telangana and Odisha.
