First, A disastrous movie needs to have a significant budget and the backing of renowned directors and actors. Secondly, the film needs to create an unmatched hype before it hits the theatre? Lastly, the film must have a pitiable plot and storyline that baffles the audiences with its patheticness.

Here are the 10 worst Bollywood movies that definitely deserve a watch:

1- Kya Kool Hai Hum 3

The third instalment of the adult hit comedy; Kya Kool Hai Hum, created a lot of buzz before its release. However, the movie starring Aftab Shivdasani and Tusshar Kapoor miserably failed to generate any humour and only traumatised the people who went to watch this deplorable act of producing comedy. The film has an audience score of 6% on Rotten Tomatoes.

2- Ram Gopal Varma ki Aag

Ram Gopal Varma made the remake of superhit Sholay and transformed it into the biggest flop of the year. The movie featured big stars like Amitabh Bachchan and Ajay Devgn, who agreed to be cast in this disaster for god knows what reason. If the director’s name prefixed in the title is not enough to disappoint, there is a more significant letdown than that. Amitabh Bachchan, who played the antagonist, was the protagonist in the original movie. The film has a score of 9% on Rotten Tomatoes.

3- Humshakals

One of many calamities from Sajid Khan, Humshakals, is a comedy that makes viewers’ life a tragedy. The film stars Saif Ali Khan and Ritesh Deshmukh in triple roles that triple the misery for us. The film seems confused about what it wants to achieve and circles down the same path with corny jokes. Humshakals has a score of 17% on Rotten Tomatoes.

4- Housefull 2

A sequel of the hit comedy, Housefull 2, was filled with an ensemble cast, including Akshay Kumar, John Abraham, Ritesh Deshmukh, Asin, Rishi Kapoor and Mithun Chakravarty. However, even this superstardom failed to raise the comedy standards for the film that was born to be doomed. Unsightly jokes that make no sense and a plot made of convenience only turn this film into an unbearable experience. Housefull 2 has a score of 47% on Rotten Tomatoes.

5- Dabangg 3

A list of worst Bollywood movies is incomplete without including a few movies by the mass star, Salman Khan. Dabangg 3, produced under the banner of Salman Khan films, does nothing but fanservice for the Salman Khan action lovers. The film has the same old story in which Chulbul Pandey stands against a villain alone and ultimately beats him to highlight the victory of good over evil. Dabangg 3 has a score of 20% on Rotten Tomatoes.

6- Himmatwala

Another movie from Sajid Khan takes a lot of Himmat to sit through over two hours of torture. Himmatwala is a remake of Jitendra’s superhit movie of the same name, but Sajid Khan ruins the legacy of the legendary actor by making a mockery of the blockbuster. Ajay Devgn and Tamannah Bhatia try to uplift this movie that makes no head or tails. The film has a score of 21% on the Rotten Tomatoes.

7- Student of the Year 2

This movie serves only one purpose, which is to launch Tara Sutaria on the big screen. Made under the banner of Karan Johar, the film stars Tiger Shroff, Ananya Pandey and Tara Sutaria in an excruciating love triangle set in an unrealistic school that has everything except for the education part. Studnet of the Year has a Rotten Tomatoes rating of 6%.

8- Love Aaj Kal 2

Who would have thought that the great Imtiaz Ali could produce a harrowing movie like Love Aaj Kal 2? The sequel to his famous love story did not live up to the expectations and turned out to be a monotonous watch. The film features Karthik Aryan and Sara Ali Khan in prominent roles. It has a score of 20% on Rotten Tomatoes.

9- Dilwale

With an audience score of 40% on Rotten Tomatoes, Dilwale features on the list of worst Bollywood movies in 9th place. The movie tried to recreate the magical camaraderie of Shahrukh Khan and Kajol again on the big screen but failed to create a storyline worthy of propelling the couple’s charm. Varun Dhawan and Kriti Sanon also gave forgettable performances in the film. Dilwale has a rating of 46% on Rotten Tomatoes.

10- Attack

The latest flick from John Abraham is a rip-off of many Hollywood and Bollywood movies. The film tells the story of a cyber soldier who becomes a ruthless killing machine to stop the terrorists from committing a harrowing crime. Attack uses patriotism to its convenience and other main characters as only the fuel for John Abraham to shine. The film is a complete mess that leaves fans fuming over the portrayal of prominent leads. Currently, the film is not rated yet on Rotten Tomatoes.
